Are you consultants?

Not really. We’re operators — the kind who build and run things.
We don’t hand you a PowerPoint deck and walk away. We work inside your company to get the work done, whether that means launching something new, fixing something broken, or scaling what’s working.

How is GrowthSpan different from a fractional executive?

Our model is broader. We bring the senior leadership and the execution team.
Where a fractional exec might advise or oversee, we assemble a small SWAT team of specialists who design, build, and run initiatives directly alongside your team.

What kinds of companies do you work with?

Mostly founder-led and mid-market companies — typically in tech, professional services, or other growth-oriented sectors.

Many of our clients are beyond the startup phase but not yet at enterprise scale. They’ve got a solid business and a new opportunity they want to move on quickly.

What kinds of projects do you take on?

Projects usually fall into one of three buckets:

Launch: building a new business unit or product line.
Fix: turning around an underperforming function or division.
Scale: strengthening systems, processes, and talent to sustain growth.

Who actually does the work?

Each engagement is led by one of our partners, supported by a tailored team of specialists drawn from our network.

We match the right people to the mandate — whether that’s product, creative, operations, or finance — and manage them end-to-end.

Do you work remotely or on-site?

Usually both. We embed however your business runs best.
Some projects are fully remote; others benefit from time on-site with your leadership or team. We adjust to what drives progress fastest.

How do you measure success?

By outcomes, not hours.

Every engagement starts with clear objectives — revenue targets, cost improvements, launch milestones, or performance metrics — and we track progress weekly. If we’re not moving the needle, we change course fast.

How long do engagements typically last?

Most start as 3–6 month initiatives, but we often stay longer as projects evolve or scale.
We don’t insist on long contracts; we focus on delivering value quickly so you want to keep us around.

How do we start working together?

It usually begins with a working session — we’ll dig into your goals, pain points, and timeline.
From there, we’ll scope the right mix of leadership and execution to move things forward.
