Midway through his career, Adam shifted from building products to building businesses—fixing what’s broken, filling what’s missing, and scaling what works. He’s led growth in healthcare, real estate, and legal tech, across startups, scale-ups, and as an officer of a public company. Adam founded GrowthSpan to deliver growth as a service for founder-led companies.
Bayan is a hands-on CTO who builds technology that drives business performance. He’s led engineering and product teams across healthcare, and online travel, and later served as CEO of a tech-enabled real estate brokerage. Known for transforming underperforming platforms into growth engines, he co-founded GrowthSpan to help companies grow through technological innovation and modernization.
Tony bridges technology and business to turn strategy into execution. With a background in IT, software engineering, and business analysis, he’s led process improvement, systems design, and implementation for fast-growing companies. Known for precision and follow-through, Tony ensures every product initiative at GrowthSpan is grounded in clear requirements, technical rigor, and measurable business outcomes.
Matt helps companies connect with their audience through human-centered design and expressive branding. With over a decade in UX and brand direction across agencies, startups, and large organizations, he blends creative instinct with research-driven insight.
