The Challenge

This fast-growing brokerage was doing hundreds of millions in condo sales — with a tech stack held together by duct tape and downloaded spreadsheets.They’d already tried (twice!) to launch a digital platform for agents to track deals and manage records. Both attempts failed.

The Solution

We started fresh. Within 3 months, we launched a working MVP. For the past 18 months, we’ve shipped feature updates monthly — bringing the platform to life piece by piece.Behind the scenes, we tackled the spaghetti processes too. Sales admins were manually updating spreadsheets and sometimes selling the same unit twice. We mapped every process from first touch to close, then built a custom web app that automated unit assignments, flagged double-sales risks, and handled email comms with buyers.

Then came the revenue-sharing program — a multi-level maze where agents got a piece of the agents they recruited... and the agents those agents recruited. It was complex, error-prone, and run on spreadsheets. We built a system to handle all the math and keep it fair. We even found past errors and cleaned them up.

Later, they asked for help recruiting more agents. We launched a digital campaign, defined target criteria, and built a mini-CRM to track and nurture leads. We even designed an onboarding flow to help new agents sign contracts, get access to tools, and hit the ground running.From tech triage to full digital transformation, we’ve helped this brokerage grow — and scale — on their terms.
